We will review your form and then contact you to set up a “get to know you” meeting to learn more about you and your business.
3. Commit.
Once admitted, make your Affiliate Contribution to support & become part of the DWB Community. Your contribution will go directly towards furthering our mission and strengthening our vision for a more wellness-focused Berks County…and beyond.
Why do funds go to Humanitarian Social Innovations (HSI) and not directly to Downtown Wellness Berks?
HSI is our fiscal sponsor. What’s that mean?
Humanitarian Social Innovations (46-4779591) treats funds received for the purpose of this program as restricted under the charitable trust doctrine. All funds, minus administrative fees, are dedicated to the purpose of this program and will not be used to pay the expenses of another.

Maybe you’re a business that isn’t directly related to health and wellness, but still appreciate what Downtown Wellness Berks is doing in the community. We’d be happy to have your support and will be sure to let our followers know that you care about our cause.
Corporate Sponsorship promotional benefits will include recognition on our social media channels, a spot for your logo on our website’s sponsorship page, logo displays at live events (time duration depends on donation amount).
